People come to psychotherapy for all sorts of long and short term reasons. It may also be that you don’t know what is wrong, but sense something isn’t right.
Therapy is helpful if you have been struggling with certain issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, loss and bereavement, trauma, abuse, self-harm or relationships. It can help if you have difficulties with finding meaning, identity, gender and sexuality.
I provide a calm and understanding environment to talk openly about life’s challenges. Offering psychotherapy to find ways to overcome and deal with them differently.
Psychotherapy can also be a way for you to explore personal growth, creativity and find new ways to think and feel about your life.
Some of the concerns I work with include, difficulties with relationships, anxiety, depression, identity, stress, grief, loss, trauma, difficult life changes, self discovery, finding calm and bringing creativity into your life.
Daniel is a qualified and licensed counsellor helping people who are frustrated with patterns that keep playing out in their lives, who seek meaningful lasting change and know an important shift needs to happen.
