Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy in Edinburgh | Hi, I’m Daniel
I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and dynamic counselling space for individuals seeking to transform their emotional wellbeing and overall life experience.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I work with you to understand how past experiences shape your present relationship patterns and everyday life. In our counselling sessions, we collaborate to explore navigate life and emotional challenges and see how past events have affected you, helping you find a clearer way forward by combining open dialogue with somatic awareness of how the body responds emotionally and physically to stress.
I provide an affirming, inclusive counselling environment for people of all backgrounds, deeply rooted in trauma-informed care and an understanding of neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
