Edinburgh Therapy Centre 21 Queen Charlotte Street EH66BA
Hi i’m Daniel
I offer a kind, non-judgmental, and dynamic space for individuals seeking to transform their emotional wellbeing and overall life experience.
I can help you understand how your past shapes your present and how we, as humans, relate to one another. We can work together to understand how trauma may have affected you, including how the body responds emotionally and physically to stress.
I provide an affirming space for people of all backgrounds, rooted in trauma-informed care and an understanding of neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
Alongside traditional talk therapy, I offer specialised Sound Work. This practice uses resonance and frequency of gongs to help settle the nervous system, making it particularly effective for those dealing with deep-rooted trauma, anxiety, or “stuck” emotions that words alone can’t always reach.
Don’t hesitate to contact me to schedule an appointment at Edinburgh Therapy Centre.
